The location between the town and beach is indeed convenient, and the availability of free bicycles is a nice touch. Some rooms are amazing, with a light and airy atmosphere, a lovely bathroom, and a little balcony for a relaxed morning coffee.
Some guests felt the staff was too invasive, entering their rooms too many times during the day, even when they were out.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, even offering to cook up Vietnamese specialties for me during my stay. The cleanliness of everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the hotel facilities. Their breakfast menu was varied and delicious and I loved that they even provided bicycles for us to use to explore the location. The hotel's location was also perfect, providing a peaceful and quiet night's rest away from the busy streets of the city.
Everything was fantastic.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at a villa in Hoi An. The pool was amazing, a great size, and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. The value for money was exceptional, making it a worthwhile choice. The villa itself was very modern and clean, with thoughtful touches like free airport pickup and drop-off for longer stays. I also appreciated the complimentary meals and foot spa, which added an extra level of relaxation to my stay.
I did have a minor inconvenience during my stay. The bathtub in the villa had some issues with temperature control, which made it a bit challenging to have a comfortable bathing experience.

Perfect for a family stay. Staff was amazing, welcoming, and very accommodating. Breakfast was varied, fresh and flavourful, and the kids loved it. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and local shops, which makes it convenient and budget-friendly. The serene gardens were the highlight of our stay, the perfect atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing break.
Rooms were clean but a bit outdated, and some areas around the pool were slippery due to the material used. The location wasn't ideal if you're looking to be close to the beach, but was convenient for exploring the city centre.
